Meet Chris LaTora
Head Honcho and Chief Cook
Hang out with Chris and he could tell you a lot of stories about his 32 years in the restaurant business.
Chris has done it all – from door host to dishwasher, bartender, manager to chef. He's been the executive chef at The Tobacco Company Restaurant, Westwood Racquet Club, Dakota's and then...
He aspired to have his own place – one day. Chris loved the Mulligan’s concept, and was already the executive chef at Mulligan’s other locations. Then, that one day came along. He drove by a popular hangout near his house and they had vacated. He called the landlord the rest is Mulligan’s history.

Meet Eric Brauer
General Manager
I am definitely a company man. With Mulligan’s previously for nine years and now I’m back as General Manager. My favorite color is purple, but the color that looks best on me is green because it matches my eyes. I am a very enthusiastic, intense and passionate man. I’m single but have the desire for marriage and family. I love God, the beach, my career, and I am a die hard Pittsburgh Steelers Fan!

Meet Michael Williamson
Bar Manager
Michael Williamson, the Bar Manager at Mulligan’s brings significant management experience to his position. Before Michael came to Mulligan’s, he was the Head Golf Professional at Brandermill Country Club in Midlothian. Also previously worked as the assistant golf professional at the Country Club at the Highlands in Chesterfield, and the Golf Club at Birckshire in Providence Forge, Virginia.
Michael is originally from West Virginia, where he attended Marshall University, earning both a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and, more importantly, a marriage to his wife, Kelly.
Michael’s goals at Mulligan’s are centered on customer service. “My goal is to make the experience at Mulligan’s enjoyable for the guest with excellent customer service, and attention to details”

Meet Franklin Harris
Kitchen Manager
Franklin has been with Mulligan’s for six years. He has be cooking professionally for 27 years, 5 ½ years in New Mexico and the remaining in Virginia. Franklin has a beautiful wife and three girls in college. “To be honest I could not imagine doing anything but cooking as I love to do.”
